Q ~ I can not find all of your products.
A ~ We have several categories of products: Agents, Managers, Packages, and Quantity Orders. Just pick the category you need, and scroll down through the products. You will find the categories listed on each page in the shopping cart where there are products (they are listed on the right side). |

Q ~ I am on a budget. I want to buy more than one product. Do you have 'specials'?
A ~ Yes! Look at the various packages we offer for agents and managers. You will find much better prices when you your several products at once. |
| About shipping and receiving my orders: |

Q ~ I am really anxious to get my resources! How long will it take to ship my products from the time I order?
A ~ Generally, we ship within 3 days. |

Q ~ How do you ship?
A ~ We ship via UPS ground. If you want faster shipping, give us a call at 425.392.6914 to get a quote on pricing for next day air, 2day, etc. Or, email us at denise@carlacross.com. |

Q ~ How long will it take to get my resources?
A ~ If you are in the 48 states, it will take 5-7 business days, UPS ground. If you need them sooner, call us and we will discuss other UPS options and time frames. |

Q ~ Do you ship to P.O. numbers?
A ~ No. Since we ship UPS, we can not deliver to a post office box. We will need a street (physical) address. |

Q ~ Do you ship internationally?
A ~ Yes we do! However, because we can not provide a flat rate shipping charge when you check out in our shopping cart, there will be additional shipping charges once your package is filled, closed and weighed. |

Q ~ How will I know my resources have been shipped?
A ~ You will receive an email from us telling you that your resources have been shipped as of a certain date. |

A ~ We are located in the Seattle, Washington area, in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We are on West Coast time. |
| About returns and refunds: |

Q ~ What if I decide I do not want the resource after I receive it?
A ~ We want you to know this so infrequently happens, it surprises the heck out of us if it does! If you return it to us in perfect condition, within 10 days of receipt, you may use your credit toward another resource. (You will need to pay return shipping, of course). We do not give cash refunds. Before you order, check the description of the product. If you have questions, give us a call. We are here to get you the products you really need! |

Q ~ What if I lose a CD?
A ~ If you brought it from us, we will gladly replace your lost CD FREE (as long as we are still producing the product, and have CDs, of course). We just have to verify in our records that you did buy it directly from us. |

Q ~ Can I use the materials to copy for other people?
A ~ These materials are copyrighted, and are for individual use. If you are an owner, manager, or trainer, and want to use the materials in some other fashion, give Carla a call at 425.392.6914 and discuss it. Carla has worked with companies in licensing her programs. But, without a license agreement, you are violating copyright law. And being an ethical, professional real estate salesperson or owner, you would not do such a thing! |

Q ~ I own a company. I want to 'brand' some of your materials. How do I do that?
A ~ Give Carla a call. She has worked with Re/Max Easteer Canada, Re/Max Europe, Royal LePage, and GMAC, among others, to write and brand programs unique to each culture. Plus, Carla has written programs for CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokers), so you know she meets the highest standards of resource production. |

Q ~ How do Carla's resources 'rate' in the industry?
A ~ Many of Carla's management resources are rated so highly that they are promoted by CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Institute), the Realtors' management arm of the National Association of Realtors. They undergo stringent judgment by leading managers and owners to attain this endorsement. No other speaker/writer is endorsed to that extent. Q ~ I see agents advertising that they make lots of millions of dollars with their own systems. Why shouldn't I buy theirs?
A ~ Maybe you should! But, before you do, assess what you need in your career to take it to the next level. In my experience hiring, training and coaching thousands of agents, just checklists are not enough. You need some training and coaching built into those resources! In addition, ask yourself how many assistants and employees those agents have, to get those results? In researching them, I have found they employ 5-20 assistants and other agents. So, those numbers are not from their individual efforts. They actually own real estate companies!
Most important to you is to pick systems that will take you to the next level. Pick systems that are developed with YOUR best interests in mind - not just systems used by someone else who is not 'walking in your shoes'. Our systems combine solid business principles and processes with the teaching, knowledge and skills you need to actually make them work! I have been fortunate to have been a top producer AND have trained hundreds of top producers. So, I see this from both sides. |
